I’m gonna let you in a little secret you might know about yourself but is essential for helping you move forward:

You need external accountability

This isn’t a BAD THING. It’s how most of the population operates. Some of us just need an extra push to make ourselves a priority and move forward with the big things we want out of life.


Because it’s not about knowing what to do, it’s about doing it.

A common place where we can come together to make progress on what matters. Using a proven method that works for every little habit you’re trying to stick, passion project you’re trying to finish (or start) and skill you’re trying to develop.

I want you to look back on at the last month and say “That was a GOOD month” knowing you made more progress than you ever have before and feel confident looking at the next 30 days.

So how does it work?

Step 1: We Design Your Month  (I’ve got a solid way to do this)

We all start together in the first full week of the month with a powerful masterclass and Q&A to help you design your month. Think of this like a monthly goal setting retreat to set your month up for success.

Step 2: Action and Accountability

Then you’ll practice and make progress during weeks 2 and 3 with encouragement, accountability and check-ins from me. You won’t be left to figure it out alone.

Step 3: Troubleshooting + Encouragement

We’ll come together at the end of week 3 to help you troubleshoot, analyze and tweak for sustainability.

I’ll be there the entire time helping you you stay accountable and move forward in:

identifying exactly what you want.

finding creative and sustainable ways to get it.

acting on what you find

adjusting and tweaking until it works for you.

continuing to grow and improve.

Our goal together is to have you practice and and take forward action always. You will feel encouraged, supported and accountable so you will start seeing actual results.

My superpower is translating ideas, themes, patterns and lessons into doable actions.

For the last 8 years I’ve been learning, developing and then teaching the intersection of daily living, personal leadership and a fully experienced life. In that time I’ve come to realize that when it comes to accomplishing big things you have to take action. That’s scary. It’s overwhelming and that’s where I come in.

Why is this worth the money?

I know you don’t like to waste money. I get that you want to see the value. So picture it now.

What is the time commitment?

How is it delivered?

With a combo of email, live video and audio all contained within our Facebook community and a beautiful membership site. However you like to learn and however much time you want to give will be there for you. But you don’t have to consume all of it to get the full results.

I can do this on my own. Why do I need your help?

Because if it was just a matter of knowing what to do you would have done it by now. Take advantage of some accountability and guidance for the areas that you just don’t seem to be making progress. I cut to the chase and offer a perspective you can’t reach on your own.

I don’t know how I would’ve gotten unstuck if we hadn’t talked, but I know it wouldn’t have happened that fast!
