Everything out there caters to the extremes.

Sell everything you own or buy everything under the sun. THEN you’ll be successful. THEN you’ll be happy. But you don’t operate like that. You don’t exist in the extremes. You live a real, regular old everyday life.

Why not live it well? With more fun, less effort, less overwhelm and more of the good stuff.

IT ALL COMES DOWN TO

How you interact with your daily life.

But if you’re feeling burnt out on life hacking and self-help I totally get it. No one is showing you how to do regular life. Both the basics and the bold. So we’ll cover that here.

First I need you to know that there are no shortcuts, but there are ways to make your life easier and more supportive along the way. We won’t change too much at once. One day and one step at a time we’ll take you from struggling and stuck to confidently taking action.

Before I started this journey I was 20+ pounds heavier, had 6 figure school debt and a stubborn husband. I didn’t grow up with guidance on how to do life. I didn’t have money or a supreme education or connections. I never had a leg up and I graduated in the recession. I had to experiment, learn, and figure it out.

What did I learn?

I didn’t have money or a supreme education or connections. I never had a leg up and I graduated in the recession. I had to experiment, learn, and figure it out.

What did I learn?

This is my whole life.

I’m in control and no matter where I start from I can still make it what I want it to be. But it will take time, intention and patience. One change at a time, I’ll get there.

And so will you.

With my help.

So please don’t look at me and think that I’m special or different. I am you, just a little further down the road. I don’t have a ton of money, I haven’t reached a crazy amount of success, I’m not special. I still struggle, but my everyday is effortless.

I’m in the driver’s seat and my future is up to me.
(You can borrow that mantra if you want.)

Given all of that this is what our process together will look like. I’ll give you plenty of opportunities to learn, practice, experiment and ask questions.

All that I ask is that you show up and act.

So let’s get started.

Here are the best free or close-to-free ways to learn and practice. Choose the ways that fit your learning style and dive in now!

Why we fight for our own busyness.

Here in the U.S. we celebrate a national holiday called Labor Day. It was originally started to pay tribute to the efforts of all the workers in the labor movement which catapulted the U.S. in the production of goods. It's also intended to be a national day off. A...
